Nimbus Gaming 400-Day Limited Warranty Policy
Applies to all Keyboards and Macropads
At Nimbus Gaming, we believe in building hardware that lasts. All of our products — including custom-designed keyboards and macropads — are proudly Designed and Made in India by our in-house engineering team. Each unit is crafted using modular architecture, repairable components, and precision 3D-printed enclosures, allowing us to offer a 400-Day Limited Warranty with full confidence.
What This Warranty Covers
This warranty covers any manufacturing defect in materials or workmanship for a period of 400 days from the date of delivery. It applies specifically to:
- Microcontroller or main PCB failure (e.g., unresponsive inputs, communication failure)
- Key switch defects, including factory faults or dead switches (excluding user-installed damage)
- USB-C or other connection ports (excluding breakage due to mishandling)
- Internal circuitry, such as power regulation or key matrix issues
- 3D-printed body and mounting structure (including stress fractures not caused by impact)
- Pre-installed firmware issues, if device becomes unusable under stock conditions
We follow a part-level replacement model, meaning if a specific part fails (e.g., the mainboard or body shell), we’ll replace only that part — not the entire unit — unless necessary.
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Physical damage caused by drops, impact, spills, or crushing
- Key switches that have been hot-swapped or reinstalled improperly
- Modifications including soldering, re-flashing firmware, or case-cutting
- Cosmetic issues (scratches, scuffs, discoloration) that do not affect function
- Damage caused by power surges, over-voltage, or improper power adapters
- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or third-party marketplaces
- Normal wear and tear from prolonged daily use
How to Make a Warranty Claim
To initiate a claim, please email support@nimbusgaming.me with the following:
- Order ID and original purchase confirmation
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos or videos showing the defect
- Your current shipping address and contact info
Our team will assess the issue and respond within 48 business hours. If your issue qualifies under warranty, we will guide you through the part replacement or repair process.
Anti-Misuse & Policy Abuse Clause
Nimbus Gaming’s warranty program is built on trust. However, to protect our small and growing business, we enforce the following:
- Customers must not attempt to abuse the warranty by filing false or exaggerated claims
- Intentional damage or modifications performed outside official guidelines will void this warranty
- Repeat or suspicious claims may be flagged and denied
- The customer is responsible for returning faulty parts, if required, before replacements are dispatched
- Nimbus Gaming reserves the full right to accept or reject any claim based on internal inspection and fairness
Any abuse of this policy may result in permanent disqualification from future warranty or support.
Final Terms
This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser
- Nimbus Gaming reserves the final authority on all warranty decisions
- Replacement parts may be new or refurbished based on availability
- We are not liable for any indirect loss, delay, or inconvenience caused due to device malfunction
